    Repairs & warranty

    If an item does not function properly within the applicable warranty, we will look for a suitable solution as soon as possible. Think of a free repair or a new item. Is the problem with the article your own fault? Then you are not entitled to a free repair, a new item or a refund of your money. Have you used the item normally and is it just worn out? Even then you are not entitled to the above solutions.


    If you report an article complaint, we will check whether the warranty provisions, as described in the general terms and conditions, apply to your situation.


    All custom controllers purchased from GamerCentral are subject to the following terms:


    3 months standard warranty:

    • Your controller is protected against manufacturing defects for up to 3 months after receipt.
    • If your thumbsticks have drift issues, we will completely repair/replace them.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.


    6 months (extra) warranty:

    • Your controller is protected against manufacturing defects for up to 6 months after receipt.
    • If your thumbsticks have drift problems, we will completely repair/replace them.
    • If your controller has hardware defects, we will repair / replace your controller. This includes all hardware modifications performed by Consoleskins.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.


    9 months (extra) warranty:

    • Your controller is protected against manufacturing defects for up to 9 months after receipt.
    • If your thumbsticks have drift problems, we will completely repair/replace them.
    • If your controller has hardware defects, we will repair / replace your controller. This includes all hardware modifications performed by Consoleskins.
    • Premium support.
    • Free shipping (only valid on orders from the Netherlands).

    Complaints procedure

    It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing [email protected] From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
